🔍 1. Check Before Accepting
You must check the product in front of the delivery man at the time of delivery.
Return/Exchange applies only when:
- Wrong product delivered
- Wrong size or design
- Damaged or defective item
- Missing items from the package
If the issue is found during delivery, you may return it immediately.
📦 2. Conditions for Return/Exchange
To be eligible:
- Product must be unused
- Must be in its original packaging
- All tags, stickers, accessories must remain intact
- Must be checked during delivery
If you accept the product without checking, we cannot offer a return or exchange later.
🔁 3. Exchange Policy
- Exchange is possible only at the time of delivery (immediate return).
- For size/design issues found later, exchange is not guaranteed, but you can contact support.
💵 4. Refund Policy
Refund is applicable only when:
- Product is unavailable after order placement
- You returned the product during delivery
- We made a mistake (wrong item sent)
Refund timeline:
3–7 working days after confirmation.
🚚 5. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
- If the courier fails to deliver, delivery charge is not applied.
