❓ 2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available all over Bangladesh.
❓ 3. How long does delivery take?
Generally:
- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–5 days
Delivery time may vary depending on courier, location, and weather.
❓ 4. How much is the delivery charge?
- Inside Dhaka: 80 TAKA
- Outside Dhaka: 130 TAKA
❓ 5. Should I check the product before accepting delivery?
Yes.
We strongly recommend checking the product in front of the delivery person before accepting it.
If anything is wrong, you can return it immediately.
❓ 6. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, but only if the issue is identified during delivery.
If you accept the product without checking, return/exchange may not be possible later.

Refund is available when:
- The product is out of stock
- You returned the item at the time of delivery
- We sent the wrong product
